Heard Miss P. Padmabati Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. S. Kanungo, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-opposite party.
This CONTC has been filed for alleged noncompliance of the order dated 29.05.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.12788 of 2020.
Mr. Kanungo, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State, on instruction, submits that pursuant to the direction as aforesaid, the demarcation of the land in question has already been made on 18.12.2020.
Miss Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the demarcation has already been made but, the report has not yet been communicated to the petitioner.
Accordingly, this CONTC is disposed of with a direction that the report of the demarcation as aforesaid shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks hence.
Authenticated copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court shall be treated at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed in this Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
