Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This Contempt Petition involves non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 20.08.2019 passed in CONTC No.1303 of 2019 arising out of W.P.(C) No.7339 of 2018 disposed of on 7.05.2018.
Considering the submission made, taking into account the Covid-19 situation and to afford one more chance to the O.P(s)., this Contempt Petition stands disposed of directing the O.P(s). to comply with the order of this Court dated 20.08.2019 passed in CONTC No.1303 of 2019 involving compliance of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.7339 of 2018, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of fifteen days provided however the order involved is not stayed by the higher forum, with communication of the same to the Registry within one week thereafter. Failure of intimation, the Registry after expiry of one more week shall initiate a suo motu contempt proceeding against the opposite party-contemnor(s) and place the matter before the assigned Bench for further action.
Learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
