Heard Mr.A.K. Tarai, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner in this CMP seeks for a direction for police protection to implement of the order dated 03.08.2020 passed by learned Civil (Junior Division), Kujanga in I.A. No.170 of 2019 (arising out of C.S. No.215 of 2019) wherein learned Civil Judge has passed an order of status quo.

In course of hearing, Mr. Tarai, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file a petition under Section 151 C.P.C. before learned Civil (Junior Division), Kujanga for police assistance to implement the order dated 03.08.2020 passed by learned Civil (Junior Division), Kujanga in I.A. No.170 of 2019 (arising out of C.S. No.215 of 2019).

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court disposes of the CMP with a direction that in the event the petitioner files a petition under Section 151 C.P.C. for police assistance to implement the order of status quo passed by learned Civil (Junior Division), Kujanga in I.A. No.170 of 2019 (arising out of C.S. No.215 of 2019) within a period of two weeks hence, he shall do well to consider the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such petition giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
