Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.S.C. for the State-opposite party.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is inside custody since 2.9.2019. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely entangled in the case and the injury sustained by the Police Officer is simple in nature.
Learned A.S.C. for the State submits that the petitioner has 13 antecedents.
However, considering the period of detention of the petitioner and the nature of injury, which is simple in nature, it is directed to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Dhanupali P.S. Case No.341/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2924/2019 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur as he deems just and proper including the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the I.I.C., Dhanupali P.S. once in each week for a period of six months from the date of his release and he shall not be involved in other offences while on bail. It is made clear that violation of any of the conditions as fixed by this Court or by the court below shall entail

cancellation of his bail.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
