Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as
learned A.S.C. for the State-opposite party.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are inside custody since 26.7.2019.
Considering the nature of offence and the period of detention of the petitioners inside custody, it is directed to release them on bail in connection with Odagaon P.S. Case No.187/2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.267/2018 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned J.M.F.C., Odagaon as he deems just and proper.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
