The matter is taken up through Video Conferencing This is an application for modification of the order dated 04.11.2020 passed in BLAPL No.428 of 2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while passing the order dated 04.11.2020 in BLAPL No.428 of 2020 and directing release of the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.2,00,000/-(two lakhs), the words “twenty lakhs” have been inadvertently mentioned instead of “two lakhs” and this being a typographical error, the same be corrected as “two lakhs”.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such modification.
In view of the submission made, the words “twenty lakhs” shall be read as “two lakhs” and the rest portion of the order dated 04.11.2020 remains unaltered. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
