In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application filed on behalf of the petitioner for his release on bail in connection with G.R. Case No.588 of 2018 arising out of Nayakote P.S. Case No.26 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Vigilance), Keonjhar seeking liberty for the petitioner to move the trial court afresh citing all such developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper perspective and disposal in accordance with law.
Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
