This is an application under section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with C.T. Case No.86 of 2018 arising out of Soro P.S. Case No.46 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Soro for offences punishable under sections 341/323/379/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner moved an application for bail before the Court of learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Soro which was rejected on 12.03.2020.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.02.2020, investigation has made substantial progress and the fact that the offences are triable by Magistrate and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Let the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000.00 (rupees twenty thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court in seisin over the matter with further terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
