Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that in the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 08.09.2020, where the P.S. case number has been mentioned as ‘Bargarh Sadar P.S. Case No.259 of 2020’, the same shall be read as ‘Bargarh Sadar P.S. Case No.259 of 2019’ and similarly ‘C.T. Case No.1334 of 2020’ shall be read as ‘C.T. Case No.1334 of 2019’.
Rest part of the order dated 08.09.2020 shall remain unaltered.
The I.A. is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
