This is an application for extension of the interim bail period for a further period of three months.
As it appears that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 19.08.2020 passed in BLAPL No.216 of 2020.
After perusing the grounds taken therein, I am not inclined to extend the interim bail period.
Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
