The petitioner is allegedly involved in Balasore Vigilance P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020 corresponding to VGR No. 09 of 2020 pending before the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Balasore, for commission of offence under Sections 13 (2) read with 13 (1)(b)/12 of PC Act.
Perused the FIR. Taking into consideration Section 12 of the P.C. Act and the provision of Section 436 of the Cr.P.C. and the fact that the petitioner is the wife of the principal accused and the nature of allegation, this Court directs that in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below in connection with the aforesaid case and moves application for bail, the court below shall release her on bail on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
