The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State counsel.
Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also the concerning of the petitioners; it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Dharuadihi PS Case No.63 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.595 of 2018 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh, within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that they will not indulge themselves in any criminal activity and will appear in person before the court in seisin of the case on each date of posting of the case.
