Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Ramachandrapur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 123 of 2020 pending in the Court of Learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 498-A/ 302/304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
In view of the nature and gravity of accusation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected.
The petitioners are at liberty to surrender and
move for bail before the learned Court below and the
same shall be considered in accordance with law. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
