In the wake of the Pandemic Covid-19, the case is taken up through Video Conferencing.
It appears that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.5190 of 2019 for his release on pre-arrest bail which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 12.04.2019 directing the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within four weeks and makes a motion of bail. But, the petitioner without complying the aforesaid order, has again come to this Court for his release on pre-arrest bail.
In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on pre-arrest bail and the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. Consequently, this ABLAPL stands dismissed.
