Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the petitioner; it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Baselisahi P.S. Case No.255 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2697 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri, within two weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court and shall appear in person before the court in seisin of the case on each and every date of posting of the case till conclusion of the trial; and shall appear before the Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned police station on every Monday in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm for the next six months.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
