4 01.08.2019 This Court vide order dated 30.11.2010 issued notice to the opposite parties by registered post with A.D. directing the petitioner to file requisites within a week. But till date no requisites have been filed.
Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant further adjournment. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 30.11.2010.
