Taking into consideration the facts and submissions and without going into the merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of, directing the Director of Estates & Ex-Officio Addl. Secretary, Govt. of Odisha,–Opposite Party No.2, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure- 6 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order.
The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ application containing all the Annexures along with a certified copy of this Order to the Director of Estates & Ex-Officio Addl. Secretary, Govt. of Odisha,–Opposite Party No.2 for convenience & reference to Annexure-6.
The writ application is accordingly
disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
