Heard.
The petitioner has filed a complaint vide Annexure- 2 Series before the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Berhampur- O.P. No.2 on 08.02.2019 for payment of compensation, as he suffered injury in course of his employment.
It is alleged that, no action has been taken on the complaint filed by the petitioner before the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Berhampur.
Regard being had to the facts and submissions, the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Berhampur- Opp. Party No.2 is directed to dispose of the complaint petition dated 08.02.2019 under Annexure- 2 Series filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, by passing a reasoned order.
The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ application containing all the Annexures along with a certified copy of this Order to the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Berhampur-
Opposite Party No.2 for convenience & reference to Annexure- 2 Series.
The writ application is accordingly
disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
