Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for direction to the opposite parties to take immediate steps to disburse the differential arrear dues from 01.01.2016 to 30.09.2017 i.e. from the date of fixation of pay under the Odisha Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2017 to the date of receiving the revised scale as fixed by modifying the Resolution No.25148 dated 19.12.2017 in Annexure-3 which is declared as notionally with cost. They further seek for direction to opposite party no.1 to finalize their application/representation vide Annexure-4 within a stipulated period.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-4 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner under Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
