Due to cease work call given by the members of Orissa High Court Bar Association, no counsel entered appearance for the parties.
Perused the record. This Court vide order dated 09.01.2012 issued notice to opposite party no.2 by Registered Post with A.D. directing the petitioner to file postal requisites within three days. But till date postal requisites have not been filed for issuance of notice to opposite party no.2.
Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to file postal requisites. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 09.01.2012.
