Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State.
The petitioner files this writ application challenging the notice issued under Section 6(3) of Orissa Prevention of Land Encroachment Act, 1972 read with Rule 9(b) of the Rules framed thereunder vide Annexure-3.
Since petitioner has approached this Court against the notice, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
With that liberty, the writ application stands disposed of.
Since interim order passed by this Court is not in operation with effect from 29.02.2012, it is open to the opposite parties to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
