Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraphs-3 and 5 of order dated 6.3.2019, the expression ‘appellate authority’ has been wrongly typed and the same should have been ‘competent authority’. The same may be corrected. Further the expression ‘tile’ be corrected as ‘title’.
Considering the submission made, the expressions ‘appellate authority’ be corrected as ‘competent authority’ and ‘tile’ be corrected as ‘title’. The order is modified to the above extent. Certified copy of the order be corrected accordingly.
