It is submitted that because of typographical error, the petitioner has been described as son of T. Chandraya Das but in fact his father’s name is T. Rama Das.
Accordingly the application is allowed.
Let the office carry out the correction by deleting the name of “T. Chandraya Das” from the cause title page substituting the same by the name “T. Rama Das”.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
