04 05.12.2019 None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. This Court vide order dated 03.12.2010 issued notice to opposite parties no.6 and 7 by Registered Post with A.D. directing the petitioner to file requisites within a week. But, till date no requisites have been filed.
Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant further adjournment. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 03.12.2010.
