Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 13.03.2019, this Court directed the Tahasildar, Ghasipura, opposite party no.3 to dispose of L.I. Case No.139/2017-18 within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. The order was communicated to the office of the Tahasildar by post on 26.3.2019. But till date, the land has not been demarcated.
In view of the above, the Tahasildar, Ghasipura, opposite party no.3 is directed to dispose of L.I. Case No.139/2017-18 within two months from this date. The petitioner undertakes to produce certified copy of the order before the opposite party no.3.
