The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that, though they are enjoying the benefits like Ration Card, BPL Card etc. since long, such benefits have been withdrawn without any rhyme or reason. It is further submitted that the petitioners’ right to Vote have also been withdrawn.
Regard being had to the facts and submissions, the petitioners are directed to file a representation before the Collector, Kendrapara within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation is filed by the time prescribed, the same shall be disposed of, taking into consideration the materials produced by the petitioners.
It is needless to say here that the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of its filing.
The writ application is accordingly
disposed of.
