Heard.
The impugned order being appealable in nature the petitioner, if so advised, may file an appeal before the competent authority within three weeks from today. If there is any delay in filing the appeal, the same shall be condoned taking a liberal view of the matter.
For a period of two months from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner and in the meantime, the petitioner is directed to file interim application in the appeal.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
