“Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the opposite parties in imposing bench mark value/market rate of Rs.1,01,40,000/- in place of IDCO land valuation of Rs.43.22 lakh for allotment of land measuring Ac 0.344 dec. at Jamadei Industrial Estate in the district of Khordha. Further, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to quash the letter dated 17.03.2018 under Annexure-1 whereby the petitioner has been directed to deposit the charges towards allotment of land.

On merits, the price issue which is involved in this writ petition cannot be decided by this Court.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. All the Misc. Cases/I.A. are disposed of accordingly.
