For convenience of the parties, let the petitioner appear before opposite party No.4 on or before 27.02.2019 and produce all relevant documents in support of his claim including an authenticated copy of the decision of this Court rendered in the case of Mahesh Prasad Mishra Vs. State of Odisha and others reported in 2012 (Supp.-I) OLR 1035 , which was confirmed by the Apex Court and copy of the aforesaid notification dated 24.07.2015 issued by the Government, in such event, the said opposite party No.4 shall verify the same and take a decision in accordance with law, within the time as indicated above.
