Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the decision in the case of Bijaya Kumar Panigrahi and others –v- State of Orissa and others , reported in AIR 2011 (Orissa) 174 and the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said decision.
In view of such submission, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid decision.
