For the major part of the dispute being available for consideration in O.A. No.557 of 2018, this writ petition is not entertainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to get the O.A. transfer to this Court and make necessary amendment to pursue his remedy. In such view of the matter, though this Court finds that the writ petition is not entertainable, but however, this Court protects the petitioner from coercive action for a period of fourteen days from today.
With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
