The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction to the opposite party-N.A.C., Choudwar authorities to issue death certificate of Maheswar Das, who suffered the custodial death, to the legal representative of the deceased.
Mr. D.K. Pani, learned Additional Standing Counsel states that the death certificate of deceased Maheswar Das has already given to his legal representatives.
In that view of the matter, the relief sought having been granted to the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
