Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
The petitioners are stated to have filed a representation before the Collector, Keonjhar (Opposite Party No.2) vide Annexure-1 for redressal of their grievance. The said representation is stated to be pending.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission and without going into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Collector, Keonjhar, (Opposite Party No.2) to dispose of the representation of the petitioners vide Annexure-1 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order by passing a reasoned order.
The petitioners are directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures to Opposite Party No.2 along with a certified copy of this order for convenience and reference to Annexure-1.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
