After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concern by filing a representation seeking redressal of his grievance.
Mr. B.K. Dash, learned counsel for the B.D.A. is present.
Permission for withdrawal is granted.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
The petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority concern by filing a representation seeking redressal of his grievance. In that event, the authority concern shall dispose of the representation within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
