Annexure-7 is the Pleader Notice dated 24.09.2018 given to the Collector and District Magistrate, Jagatsinghpur- Opposite Party No.3. The aforesaid pleader notice be treated as representation by the petitioner.
Regard being had to the facts and submission, Opposite Party No.3 is directed to dispose of the aforesaid representation vide Annexure-7 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The aforesaid representation be disposed of in the light of letter dated 30.07.2019 in Annexure-10.
The petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures to Opposite Party No.3 along with a certified copy of this order for convenience and reference to Annexure-7.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as
per rules.
