In view of the resolution passed by the Orissa High Court Bar Association, lawyers have abstained from the Court work.
However considering the limited nature of request involved in this matter, this matter stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.2 to consider the representation vide Annexure-5 in accordance with law, if the same is still pending and take a lawful decision thereon as appropriate within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
