02 20.08.2019 Heard Mr. B. Seth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.
The petitioner has filed the writ petition to set aside the order of termination and reinstate him in service with al back service benefit.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that ventilating his grievances, the petitioner has filed appeal before opposite party no.1 which is still pending for consideration. Therefore, direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of the same.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of production of this order.
Issue urgent copy as per Rules.
