Perused the record.
The petitioner has filed this application seeking direction to opposite party no.2-CDPO, Nimapara to insert the name of village “Nuasahi” at serial no.79 of Padiabasta Anganwadi Centre of Kalapanchana G.P.
Mr. B. Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate states that inclusion of name of the village in a particular G.P. is the complete domain of the authority concerned and, as such, the claim made by the petitioner cannot have any justification.
Considering the contention raised by learned Addl. Government Advocate, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
