Heard learned Advocate for the parties.
This petition challenges the notice issued by the District Administration, Ganjam fixing the time limit for accepting the mutation case. The last date was fixed to 30.12.2018.
On instructions, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the last date has been extended up to 10.1.2019.
The petition is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner files mutation application by 10th January, 2019, the same shall be accepted by the Tahasildar.
