The petitioner in the writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Gop, opposite party no.2 to issue certified copies of the order passed by the OEA Collector, Puri in O.E.A. Claim Case Nos.286/1989 and 283/1989. The petitioner has filed application under Annexure-3.
Considering the innocuous prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Gop, opposite party no.2 within a period of fifteen days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
