The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to Addl. D.G. of Police-cum-Director, State Forensic Science Laboratory Bhubaneswar-opposite party no.4 to issue an order of engagement in favour of the petitioner as Laboratory Attendant on contractual basis.
Since the petitioner seeks benefit under the State Government, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this petition. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
