Heard Shri B.P. Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.N. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties.
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner apprehending danger of eviction. Shri B.P. Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has died in the meantime.
Shri S.N. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that there has been no proceeding initiated as against the petitioner as of now.
In such view of the matter, this Court finds, there is no cause of action involving the Writ Petition.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of having no cause of action.
