Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction to opposite parties no.3 and 4 to publish the mark sheet of FA4 of Class X with correction of grade with the higher score in between the score of Class-IX of 2012-13 and Class-X dated 11.03.2014.
By efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as infructuous.
