Perused the grounds taken in the petition as well as after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any cogent reason for transfer of the CMC No.218 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore.
Since the case is of the year 2017, the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar shall do well to conclude the proceeding at an earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
Communicate of this order to the concerned Court. Accordingly, the TRPCRL is disposed of.
