Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application filed under Section 24 of the C.P.C. by the petitioner for transfer of the Civil Proceeding No.199 of 2017 from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the opposite party concedes that the aforesaid case may be transferred from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur.

Accordingly, this TRP(C) is allowed. It is hereby directed that the Civil Proceeding No.199 of 2017 shall be transferred from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur immediately. Learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara shall transmit the record to the transferee court immediately after intimating the fact to both the parties and fixing a suitable date with reasonable time gap for appearance before the learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur. Learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur shall do well to dispose of the Civil Proceeding No.199 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months hence.

With such observations, the TRP(C) is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
