- 13.11.2020 This matter is taken up through Video conferencing because of COVID-19 pandemic.
Perused the letter dated 17.03.2020 of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bargarh wherein he has requested to extend the time granted to conclude the proceeding in Divorce Petition (MAT) No.6 of 2019 while disposing of the TRP(C) No.154 of 2019 by another three months.
Accordingly, the Registry is directed to intimate the learned Judge, Family Court, Bargarh that his motion is allowed and three months time to be reckoned from the date of communication of this order is extended for completion of the aforesaid case.
As restrictions due to COVID-19 are continuing, learned counsel for both the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
