The appeal is pending since 2006. Though it is stated in the order dated 14.03.2016 that requisites are filed but the same has not been filed.
In that view of the matter, it appears that the appellants are not interested to pursue the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. All Misc. Cases/I.As are also disposed of.
It is made clear that the appellants will be at liberty to file an application within thirty days from today for revival of this appeal in case of any difficulty.
