RFA No. 10 of 2017
In view of Section 2 of the Odisha Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2014 amending Section 16 of the Odisha Civil Courts Act, 1984, and as per Office note, this appeal will lie before the District Court. Therefore, Registry is directed to transfer this Memo of Appeal to the District Judge having jurisdiction, by keeping attested photocopy of the same, who will proceed with the matter in accordance with law intimating the appellant regarding transfer of her case.
