It appears that in first and last paragraph of order no.4 dated 11.12.2019, inadvertently the words “writ petition” have been typed instead of ‘OTAPL’.
Hence, the same be corrected accordingly.
Rest part of order no.4 dated 11.12.2019 shall remain unaltered.
