This application has been filed by the Opposite Parties-OSFC praying for an order to credit the deposited amount of Rs.2,50,000/with interest to the loan account of the Petitioner.
For the reasons stated in the application, the aforementioned amount with the interest accrued thereon is permitted to be credited to the loan account of the Petitioner.
